"Great table for our home, we have limited kitchen space and this set fit in nicely, also matched our cherry kitchen cabinets.
Assembly was easy if you have the right tools like an electric screw driver!!!!!!
Thanks for a Great Set, we are enjoying it!!!!!!!"

The table is strong and very easy to assemble in about 20 minutes. The leaves fold easily and are sturdy when raised. The finish is even and looks rich.
Though the table came with flat and lock washers, the chairs did not. So we went to Lowes and bought the washers (6mm). We used these additional washers on the chairs to increase the chairs’ stability. This addition was a preventative measure to make sure the provided hardware wouldn’t chew up the wood – which, we’ve found, is usually why build-it-yourself chairs eventually wobble. We also drilled pilot holes for the screws going into the seat to make sure the wood wouldn’t split. Again, this is a preventative measure that might not have been needed. Not counting the time it took to get the additional washers, each chair probably took about 35 minutes to construct. Once constructed, they are very sturdy and look good.
The only bummer about this set is that the chairs are about a 1/2" too tall from floor to seat. This creates two unfortunate situations: 1) I have to scoot up towards the edge a little in order for my bare feet to lay flat on the floor and 2) I can’t put my legs under the table when the leaf is folded down. If I use a folding metal chair I can put my legs under easily but the metal chairs look really crummy against the very pretty Sabrina finish so I just scoot up on the pretty Sabrina chairs and raise the leaf. As a reference: when I’m seated the tallest part of my thigh is about 5” and my sole to knee top height is about 19 & 1/2".
Since we live in Brooklyn, we opted to save time and money on the delivery by picking up the table and chairs directly from the warehouse. This was very easy. Just make sure you call them early to arrange for a pick – up since the warehouse closes earlier than the dinette.com office.
As directed, I ordered the set on-line. Accepted the delivery fee on-line and then, at the warehouse, I received a receipt for just the dinette set plus tax. Since they don’t bill you until the set is shipped out for delivery, the above went through as one transaction on my credit card.
When we arrived to the warehouse, as promised, the boxed unassembled set was waiting for us and it fit perfectly in the back of our Toyota Prius. A single person can lift each box that contains the parts for two chairs. It helps to have a second person (or one very strong, long armed person) when lifting the table box because of the box size and additional weight.
