"I received my shipment in 3 separate well marked, well packed boxes from Malaysia. I observed some very minor imperfections in the wood, though not enough for concern. Screw holes on the chair bottoms have a tendency to be sharp. Screw holes should be inspected for "sharpness" and filed or sanded as necessary. My concern stems from the fact the screw holes are in the exact spot someone seated would place their hands to pick up the chair. There was a small stain on one of the chair pads. Dinette.com was very fast in shipping a new chair pad to me, along with a new chair side for an incorrectable imperfection in the wood. For the $$$ this is a very good product. Customer Service is first rate in resolving any customer concerns."
