"We are extremely happy with this set. The table top and everything else is made out of good solid wood, not soft soft stuffthat will get dinged up easily. Ordered it on a Saturday. Got an e-mail confirmation for shipment on Monday, a phone call from the freight company on Tuesday, and delivered on Wednesday. Assembly of the table and all 6 chairs took a while. Not sure who these people are that say they assembled it in 1 hour are... I think it took me way over an hour just to unpack everything, unwrap everything, and get all those straps and little staples off of the bottom of the table that hold the boxes with the legs in place."

"This set is so great! I was a little hesitant ordering something this big/expensive online but I couldn't find anything I liked in any store. I am so glad I found this set. It is perfect in our kitchen (dark cherry cabinets and black granite counters). The table top is so pretty and the chairs are very comfortable. Everything took less than an hour to put together. We have had this for about a month now and it is holding up great with our kids (3 kids three years old and under). You will not be disappointed with this set! Just make sure you put furniture pads on all of the legs so you avoid scuff marks on wood floors."
