"Like others, my wife and I had great reservations about buying any furniture without being able to see it in a showroom. I called Dinette.com to see if they had any suggestions to allay these fears. The sales assistant (Danielle) suggested that we order a set of two chairs on approval, just to gauge the quality of the product and to see whether it was compatible with our kitchen colors. The chairs arrived within two days, their quality met our high expectations, so we ordered the complete set. It arrived within five days, and it took me less than an hour to unpack everything and get it assembled. It is a SOLID piece of furniture, fairly heavy, but very well made. The women made me feel extremely comfortable and told me if I was not satisfied with my purchase I could just call and they would work with me to fix any problems that would arise. I receive that table when promised and I very nice man came to deliver. There was a problem with the table and the very next day,he came back with a new table and waited for me to inspect the new one.
