"Working with Dinette.com was perfect - they shipped right away. It was the shipping company in Chicago we had to track down a delivery date from. The set is perfect for our kitchen. We are thrilled with the design and style..however...ten days after putting it together I put my arm over the chair while sitting to look at my daughter and the seatback snapped in half! My husband e-mailed Dinnette.com pictures that evening and they e-mailed an apology back within hours. A new chair was sent (no cost to us) Fedex within 4 days. I still love the set, but I'm nervous about the durability."

"For the price, this would be hard to beat. Solid wood, nice looking wood at that. The finish is nice and smooth. Build quality appears to be pretty good, nice tight joints and goes together well. Assembling the table and chairs doesn't take too long. One thing that makes putting the chairs together easy, which isn't mentioned in the instructions, is loosely assembling the front, sides, and back of the chairs, having a partner sitting on the seat top, and screwing that in, then tightening up the rest of the peices. This makes sure that there is no wobble in the legs.

Only thing that might be worth mentioning is that the table is more of a golden color that what the pictures depict. I would say it is more along the lines of the Dakota 5 pc set color shown on this website as well.

All in all, fast shipping, excellent communication, and great product, I would buy again! "
