"I ordered the table and chairs on Saturday...and received them on Wednesday! They were nicely packed so there was no damage or problems. The table is a nice perfect size for a smaller room or apartment. The finish is beautiful not just painted- you can still vaguely see the grain if you look carefully. The furniture was built easily-- I am a single woman and was able to put it all together (table and 4 chairs) within an hour. This is an amazing table for the price."

"Customer service was outstanding. The set is a very good size for a smallish space and that is hard to find these days. It is very sturdy (no wobbling etc.) and went together in a couple of hours with one of us mostly just holding. One person could assemble until perhaps the cushions and that would be OK if you had a really strong grip (wink). All in all it is a very good value and looks much more expensive than it is. On the not so good side, there were places where the stain was missing, there are holes in the chair back that don't get filled by any pieces (I am going to assume that some of the same parts get used in another style - like the slatted back one) and that is a bit disconcerting. While TWO of the chair cushions matched each other and the other two matched each other, they didn't all match. I suspect customer service would have remedied this if I would have complained. I plan to recover eventually so not a big deal. I think that they used the reverse side on one set as the pattern is slightly different. My table top was damaged in shipment (not from the packing - from the shipper) and customer service was speedy and friendly and all is now well. If you don't mind a few tiny flaws here and there, this will most likely be a good set for you. My friends all love it and it is fairly comfortable and seats 4 fine as long as you fill the plates in the kitchen. Enjoy!"

"I'm very happy with the furniture. It has a nice color and look very stylish. The shipping/packaging was good, no issues when I unpacked. Just becareful, when you assemble the legs make sure the holes where the bottom attached to - facing the correct direction."

"(1) The table and chairs were packed very safely (each box was packed inside another box). (2) Shipping was very fast. (3) Assembly was incredibly simple. (4) The set looks wonderful, and was a great bargain. (**) The only thing I'd say in the negative is that the chair cushions are not strictly a "creamy white" (as described on the web page), but instead have a pale pink color woven into the pattern. It's not evident from the pictures on the site, but I certainly noticed it upon opening the box. This isn't a problem for me, but I feel the pink tones should be mentioned in the item's description, for the sake of accuracy."

"I have never purchased furniture online before, and I must say I was very pleased with my experience with Dinette.com. Because I could not see the table and chairs in person, I called customer service with my questions. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. One of the things I wondered about was the color. It is a very dark brown. From a distance it almost looks black, which is what we were hoping for. Another question I had was about the seats, because of the light color fabric. Just remove a few screws, and they can easily be recovered. Finally, let me say how versatile the size of this table and chairs is. It can comfortably seat four. If you need extra seating for company, you can add two more chairs and seat six. It is a little tighter, but it works. We shopped at a lot of furniture stores, but I could not find any tables this size. I am so thankful for the quality and quick service of dinette.com. "
