"This is a good looking dinette set and perfectly suits the purpose I purchased it for...my mother's tiny new apartment. The upholstered seats gives it a more formal feel which I liked because it sits in my mother's living room. It shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. It is more red in color than in the photo which is why I couldn't give it five stars."

I wasn't ready to assemble the set yet, so it was a couple of weeks before I opened the boxes. While assembling one of the chairs, I discoverd one of the glued wood pegs had broken off at the base. I took a couple of pictures and sent an email to customer service. Within three days, I had the replacement piece and finished assembly on the second chair. Assembly is easy. I am very satisfied with the quality, finish, style, ease of assembly, and the exceptional customer service.
