"GREAT set!! Nicer than I expected! Excellent quality! I'll probably reposition the pedestal also, but for now I just put the chairs on the curves (so the pedestal leg goes between the chair legs). Love the butterfly leaf. Simple to assemble. I highly recommend it! :)"

"I ordered this set based on the pictures in the website- and was assured by Michael ,the owner, that it was a favorite and very substantial and was sure I'd like it. We are very happy with the set; the weight was great, and delivery fast and easy. I would recommend this set - the only downside was the pedestal leg. The chairs do not go in all the way, but we will try to reposition it as the first reviewer suggests. Sounds easy and great."

"great table set.....to the lady that said ,cant put chairs in all the way....i modified mine...drilled 4 holes on mounting pedistle board perfect now from an x to a +....chairs go all the way in.....leg dosent get in the way....easy fix"

We could not be more pleased with this set and the price. The shipping was very fast also. No complaints at this time and we have owned it for about 2 months now. "Have had our Dakota 5pc dining set about two weeks now. It was very easy too put together. I like the color & wood grain very much. If this set last as long as our set did I will be Very happy. I would give a 5 rating. It seems to very well built & the chairs are very comfortabe to srt in. very good buy. "

"This is a very nice set and the way the leaf stores is very easy to adjust the table for dinner crowd! The only reason I knocked it off a point is exactly what another review said, that you can't fit the chairs under the table because of how the pedestal attaches. I specifically wanted a more narrow table for my area, but could have kept my other set because of the way this one takes up as much room due to the chairs not fitting fully under. They do push in, just not all the way under. One of these days maybe I'll try to modify that - but hate to ruin a nice set if it doesn't work. Would be nice if they offered an option for us folks, cause I need the expandable leaf and everything is great except that part. The shipping was fast and assembly was no problem."

"Just received my set today. Excellent service! It took only one week from the time I ordered to delivery. It really is a lovely set. It looks very good in my small breakfast area. I only wish the table was a little wider so the chairs would fit better. This was the first time I have ordered furniture on line. I would highly recommend this site. "

"I think this set is beautiful. Their service was terrific and the price is good! However, after we assembled the set, I was disappointed to find that the chairs do not fit very good up against the table. The pedestal and the wide seats on the chairs prevent the chairs from nudging up under the table; therefore, they sit out a ways from the table. In my small area, this does not work, and also does not look very good. That is the only thing I am disappointed about, because this set was everything I was looking for (dark wood, pedestal, leaf, and padded chairs). I guess I never considered how chairs would fit under a table like this. If you don't mind your chairs sitting out away from the table, then this set will be perfect for you."
