I purchased a small dinette with 2 chairs for my 95 year old Mother when she moved into assisted living. It was the only one I could find on the web that would fit in her small area. I couldn't tell the quality when I ordered it but I knew, at least, that it would fit. So, I was very happily surprised with the quality of the table and chairs when they arrived, particularly the finish on the wooden top and the choice of wood - full boards, not laminate. And, it was fairly easy to put together. I looked at hundreds of sets before I found the one on your site that was small enough. Mom's happy, so this purchase was a success.

This table is the perfect size for myself and my husband. We have a small space for a table and having the option of of an extended leaf is perfect. Raising and lowering the leaf is extremely easy and the extension area feels very solid. I was skeptical that something as inexpensive as this product would be well made, but both the table and the two chairs are very solid. The instructions were easy to follow, however, instead of placing the seat on the chair where the instructions indicated, we moved the seat flush with the back - which ended up good since we did strip the pre-drilled hole accidently so moving the seat back gave us fresh wood to screw into. We are very pleased with this set and it looks lovely, not cheap. I would highly recommend it.

We wanted a small drop-leaf 3-piece set for our eat-in kitchen and found this set. It matches our wood floor and decor perfectly. It arrived in perfect condition and was easy to assemble, though it took two people to attach the chair seats--one to hold the seat in place while the other screwed it in. Otherwise, everything else could be done by one person. The chairs are comfortable and the table is sturdy. Our son likes this set so much, he is getting one for his new studio apartment.

We're very happy with our new table and chairs. We needed a very small table to fit in our kitchen. The Jackson Dining set fits our needs. The table and chairs are good-looking, well-made, and sturdy. The leaf gives us extra room when we need it. The set arrived promptly and in good condition.

The Jackson dining set fits perfectly in my mother's assisted living apartment. Her space is very limited so we were pleased to find a sturdy small dinette set that fits with many decors. Most importantly, she is pleased.

This is an amazingly sturdy and lovely dinette set. I bought it for my elderly mother's small kitchen, so she could move more freely about with her walker, but allow her to have a slightly larger table when needed. It was perfect!! It went together VERY quickly, screwing the seat on to the frame was a snap, even without pre-drilled holes. I was thoroughly pleased with the sturdiness of the drop leaf extension... not flimsy and wiggly like some I have seen. Simple sliding wood blocks underneath make it easy to lift up and fold down, and they STAY in place. Definitely well worth the price and would consider purchasing one for myself as a work desk. Very very nice - thanks for a quality piece of furniture at a reasonable price.

This is an excellent set for my studio apartment. The natural wood matches the cabinets of the adjacent kitchenette. The open back on the chairs, the white accent, and the little leaf all make the room seem bigger. The chairs are comfortable enough for the duration of a meal and after-eating conversation. The reviews about needing to drill a pilot hole to attach the seat need not apply. Apparently, the extra holes allow the same prepared piece to be used in other variations of small dinette. For this particular design, the screws entered the wood easily without pilot holes and hold the seats to the frame snugly. In price, size, looks, functionality and quality, this dinette is a wonderful addition to my limited-space home.

We liked the Jackson Dining set we purchased for my mothers' apartment so much that we just purchased a second one for my mother-in-law. The drop leaf makes the surface area large enough to comfortably read a newspaper while eating. Don't be concerned about attaching the seat as mentioned in previous reviews. There are no holes in the seat. You don't need a drill. Just line up the seat on the frame and screw in the 3 phillips head screws. It's a great table and Dinette.com is a great company to do business with. Thank you!

It arrived in perfect condition and was easy to put together. It is adorable for my daughter's first apartment. It's nice to have something actually made of wood.
