We must issue a return authorization number BEFORE you send the dining furniture products back to our warehouse. This is as much for our protection as it is for yours. Please contact our customer service department via email or telephone to notify us of your intent to return the product, and we will issue the return authorization to you.

To qualify for a full refund, your dinette set must be received in our warehouse in the original condition and with all original packaging. You will not be charged a re-stocking fee. However, we do not offer the money back guarantee for merchandise that has been set-up/assembled or ships without the original boxes.

The customer is responsible for insuring the package against damage in return transit. We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance to cover the package during the return. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any damages to the set while in transit to our warehouse.

In all cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Our lower than cost flat rate shipping charge is non-refundable. The actual cost of the shipment ranges from $65-$265
